Sarah Schreinemachers is your contact person for all financial matters. Her advice and representation ranges from property division, including equalisation of gains and the division of joint property (e.g. real estate) to spousal and child maintenance. In doing so, she always has international aspects in mind. She also specialises in drafting national and international prenuptial agreements and agreements on the consequences of divorce. Her work also includes the areas of custody and access rights.
After her studies in Bielefeld, she completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, including stations at the Regional Court of Bonn and the Federal Cartel Office. She already worked closely with Marie v. Maydell in the family law department of the law firm MEYER-KÖRING during her legal clerkship. Since her admission to the bar in 2021, she continued to deepen her expertise in family law in the family law department of MEYER-KÖRING in Bonn until the foundation of MAYDELL FamilyLaw. She has been a family law specialist since 2024.
Sarah Schreinemachers is married. She likes to take a break from everyday life by hiking, reading a good book or enjoying art and culture.
