REBECCA MOHR
lawyer
Rebecca Mohr advises on all family law matters, in particular those with international implications. In addition to providing advice, she also represents clients in divorce proceedings and the associated consequential matters, such as equalisation of accrued gains and pensions, spousal and child maintenance and child custody matters. She also drafts customised marriage contracts and separation and divorce agreements. She focusses on international aspects and works out the best solutions for her clients (together with colleagues from other jurisdictions if necessary).
Born in Bonn, Rebecca Mohr studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn, where she also worked as a research assistant. During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court district of Cologne, she was able to gain valuable experience in family law, including working at the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth in Bonn and in the family law department of the law firm MEYER-KÖRING, where she began working with Marie von Maydell. She was admitted to the bar and is part of the legal team since August 2024.
In her free time, Rebecca Mohr enjoys spending time with friends and family. She finds relaxation and balance in sport, especially jogging.
